Since no chairs or lounges been offered on Playa Flamingo, It would be nice to have a couple of beach folding chairs available for guests.

The ONLY negative is all the stairs. Beautiful condo in a little beach area with everything yiu need. Could see the ocean and marina. Infinity pool. Hot tub.
But those STAIRS!
