A very clean, well equipped and comfortable condo. We were in the area for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. The private balcony overlooking the lake was a nice amenity as was the hot tub which was clean and well maintained. Easy walk to a nice hiking trail, shop for necessities and bar/restaurant. A family with small kids was staying below and they appreciated the short walk to a park with a playground as well

The description of this house is not accurate. It is a SHARED house, split into 4. You very much notice the other people staying. We did have 2 big issues, that did get a tiny bit of attention but did not get resolved. The first night we were there, it was 80 degrees in the house (in winter), and the thermostat was set at 60. We could not control the heat at all and ended up sleeping with windows open. Property management said they were sending someone out, not sure if that happened as we were gone for several hours in the morning. When we got back though, the heat was just not working at all. We never got it to turn back on the whole time. Luckily, there was a gas fireplace that we turned on that heated that area of the house. We had booked this place because my kids really wanted a hot tub. The hot tub is on the other side of the property and was shared - would have been nice to know that. We did not know that the hot tub had some issues, and was out of commission entirely. Management apologized, but really we would not have stayed here had I known that. They did offer a partial refund, but as soon as we checked out the communication stopped and I have not heard from them now, 2 days later.
