Staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to help, special mention to Tanatsei and Kudzai at the reception.
Management shouldn’t force staff to say, “refreshing morning”, refreshing afternoon”, it sounds so acted and unauthentic, greeting should be natural and authentic, not scripted.
The property needs a facelift, I had to change my room because the shower hose was leaking so badly, the taps are so old, tiles are very old. Water heating jug had masking tape around the cable (not safe).
The property really needs revamping. The swimming pool wasn’t working, had a net over it.
