This hotel felt like it was supposed to be fancy but really missed the mark in a number of areas. There were some big stains on our bed linens; the bathroom faucet ran brown, possibly rusty, water for the first 5 minutes after turning it on; they advertised a poolside bar but no one seemed to work there or know how to serve or charge for drinks. That said, the staff was kind, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was outstanding.

Room was big and clean, staff was very nice and always smiling. Amazing breakfast and nice pool and also very comfortable bed. The area is pretty busy, lot of things to do at Malioboro street.
