About this villa rental

Close to outlet shopping, a golf course, and more, this smoke-free villa brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient uncovered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 6-minute walk to Southgate Golf Club, or easily tackle the quick 2-minute drive to Thunder Junction All Abilities Park.

After you return, you can unwind by the heated pool or sip a drink in the picnic area; you may also like the BBQ grill. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and DVD player.

This 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a living room, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and tour/ticket assistance. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels. I loved the property. The problem was it’s 10 miles from anything and the restaurant at the golf club was closed for a wedding. Also the house keeping fee was exorbitant considering they want you to take out the trash, strip the beds etc.

We stayed in this condo for several nights while enjoying the area. It is beautifully decorated, well stocked, quiet, wonderful view out the back and very comfortable. Highly recommend as a place to stay!
