    Had a great stay in the 2 bedroom villa. Very clean and spacious rooms. Choice of swimming pools on site. Situated very close to the beach.

    The room was clean and the view was amazing. Unfortunately, the service at reception completely ruined the experience. The two ladies working there were rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They were whispering and laughing at me and my friend, which was humiliating. At the poolside restaurant most of the staff were also unfriendly, though one lady who served us stood out for being kind, smiling, and helping us with the menu. The man who showed us to our room was also polite and attentive, and at checkout he asked about our stay in a genuinely warm way. Sadly, the poor service from reception overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend Beach View to anyone who values pleasantness and good customer service. Those reception staff need serious customer service training or should not be in that role
