the location is gorgeous. the rooms are very modern and well finished. the towns of sirolo and numana are not friendly because of lack of parking and the extremely difficult topography with uphill walks everywhere.
it is not a hotel, but apartments in a big mansion. the communication between the customer and the property is not immediate, since the management company is offsite and the on site guy is not always present. getting in and oit from the side entrance with,steps is not easy, it would be nice to be able to use the main entrance and gate instead.
could be a 5 star if it had a pool.
i booked an apartment for 6 people but got one for 5, of which the 5th person sleeps in a tiny twin sized sofabed.
management company said it was my mistake upon booking.....

This is a beautiful and large historic property, once a monastery, overlooking the Adriatic. The apartments are completely modern, beautifully furnished and perfectly clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and welcoming thanks to the caretaker, Daniel. The town of Sirolo, a walkable distance from the property, is scenic with interesting shops and restaurants and an ideal base for visiting the area beaches.

It was an excellent experience. Daniel want a perfect host a kind attentive gentleman. The apartment +++ clean beds comfortable. We had drinks and appys in the beautiful garden looking out on the ocean. walked to swimming everyday. A very memorable place. Gracie Mille!!!
