1. Liked the location, the food, the fitness activities, the room size (suite), some staff friendliness.
2. Disliked that almost no staff speaks English (very Russian-focused resort), disliked that all suites face the disco - banging music until 11:30pm. Amount of plastic is also disappointing - plastic straws, paper napkins wrapped in plastic (if it’s a COVID measure - why there are bunch of napkins that are not
