Perfect location and good layout for 1 or 2 couples or singles. Great shower, nice kitchen, outdoor grill was a plus (count on about 400 degrees tops). Loved the back deck and easy access to the water (2 single kayaks on the property). Wifi worked well. A/C was a blessing over the brutally hot July 4th weekend, as were the ceiling fans. Cottage faces East. Quiet neighborhood. Very picturesque setting!
