Nice clean older house with charm. Great quiet peaceful location near Blanco River and State Park. The tree house and watching deer were nice perks. Fire pit would have been nice if the county didn’t have the burn ban on. Owner’s would have been available if needed. The location was within an hour drive to many activities. Enchanted Rock, Natural Bridge Cavern, Lukenbach, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Antiquing and Wineries to name a few.
