About this villa rental

Located in Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. Kavouri Beach is an easy 5-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 5-minute drive to Astir Beach.

After you return, you can unwind in the private hot tub or sip a drink on the furnished patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, and DVD player.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, premium bedding, and a BBQ grill. Bathroom amenities include a jetted tub and a rainfall showerhead, along with a hair dryer, free toiletries, and bathrobes. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as an espresso maker, an electric kettle, and a minibar. The Villa is gorgeous! The photos accurately portray it. Each bedroom has its own full bath, and there are nice amenities like shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and shaving kits, robes and slippers. When we stayed there, our rate included full breakfast every day, which was amazing. It included various egg dishes made to order, plus an assortment of pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and more. The views are gorgeous and it sits on its own little beach. The house is within walking distance of many restaurants and a stop for the hop on hop off bus tours. I highly recommend for families or a group of friends.
