    全体的にまずまず快適な宿泊先ではありましたが、同等のクオリティの他の物件と比べて価格が約2倍と非常に高めです。スタッフの多く（若い男性や女性の方々）はとても親切で丁寧でしたが、1名の男性スタッフは簡単なお願いに対してあまり効果的な対応をしてくれませんでした。 「キッチン用の食事用ナイフを提供していただけますか？」というお願いに対し、「翌日マネージャーに確認して連絡します」と言われたものの、その後返答はありませんでした。 また、柔らかい枕のリクエストに対しては「そのようなものは存在しない」といった、環境重視的な否定的対応が返ってきて、どちらも非常に簡単なリクエストであるにも関わらず、満たされませんでした。 立地に関しては悪くありませんが、大阪ではほとんどの場所が交通の便が良いため、特筆すべき点ではないかと思います。 長期滞在にはあまり向かない印象です。ベッドサイドランプがなく、レイアウトもやや狭く感じました。収納は豊富にあるものの、使いやすさには欠けます。たとえば、大きなクローゼットがあるものの内部が暗くて中が見えなかったり、ワードローブの前にテーブルがあってアクセスしにくかったりします。 総じて、クオリティと快適さは平均以下で、価格は平均以上だったため、再度利用することはないと思います。なお、レセプションはありますが、チェックイン以外に特に必要な対応はありませんでした。

    It is a small condominium with 3 flats on a floor, located at a silent residential area, with 8 mins walk to Temmabashi metro station. The room is warm and quite spacious for solo traveler. It is for two persons actually. The toilet a bit smell and the bathroom itself is quite big, though the room outside the bathing area is small. Overall I have a comfortable stay these few days!
