This was a little slice of magic as our base for visiting Sequoia. A heads up that being less than 10 miles from the park actually means that it'll take you an hour of switchback driving to get to the General Sherman tree, but the drive up (and back) is spectacular as you get up into the mountains. The house is well put together, and there were nice touches like having dishwasher tablets ready to go, and plenty of coffee pods. Laurabelle was great to communicate with, and you're less than a 5 minute drive from a reasonable grocery store for provisions for your Sequoia adventure.

The house was in a great neighborhood, very close to Sequoia National Park. Also had great restaurants near by. The house has a perfect layout for families, our family of 5 was very comfortable. Backyard was great for our boys to explore. The stars at night were beautiful. The towels were some of the softest I'd ever had. We were able to drive to Kings Canyon too, only about 1.5hrs away. The host was very fast with communication and very considerate.
