friendly & helpful staff, clean room except for old carpet, everything worked well, parking convenient, location convenient, room was very small

Room was filthy. Bath tub was gross. Electrical outlets missing covers. Asked to be moved to another room and the second room was just as bad. Ended up having to eat the expense, front desk said regardless of the issues they don’t issue refunds. Moved to the mansion house and had to pay for both places. Unacceptable.
