    Britannia hotel is not for everyone but I would think their customers knows that you are getting the basics but at an affordable price. If you want more you sadly have to pay more

    WiFi terrible for visitors. New bar staff this week ie manager who spent most of the night outside whilst there was a queue at the bar waiting to be served. Usually Hope is on the bar, lovely friendly barmaid you need to out her back in the bar or I think you will lose customers when they there. They will choose to go over the road to the pub.

    Everyone who stays at one of the Britannia Hotels, I think you know what your getting. But for budget hotels I don't think you can not complain, and I haven't been to all of them but out of the dozen that I have, I think Wigan is in the top 3 and will definitely return when I return to the area.

    Wi-fi doesn't work, this is a huge problem for folks like me who has to work during my stay. It may not be with families, I understand. I'm using my own data in writing this comment. Go figure.
