Liked the patio furniture for enjoying the relaxing sounds of the beach. Quiet street.

The property was rated as ocean front but it is about 2 1/2 blocks away you can see the ocean in a distance.. if you walk take mosquito spray they will eat your flesh.. there is a standing water area you have to walk by to get to the beach.. i would say it would be accurate to say you are a 10-12 minute walk by the beach not oceanfront. I also had an issue with the property manager, check out was at 10 a.m it started pouring rain we were on a flood watch the parking area was flooded and we were late checking out.. she called texted saying they had another guest and needed us out of the property.. we payed a substantial amount to rent the place i would of expected grace and not an explanation as to how late we were getting out of the property considering we were on the second floor and it was slippery due to the rain to go
Down to the flooded parking area, had to strip the beds of the linens and take the trash out! Would I rent again from this property manager? Absolutely not! We are customers not a way to pay a bill and even if we are a way to pay your bill customer service is very important..
