A nice resort based on prices and facilities.
I had the all inclusive package
Food - 6/10 - like all resorts the food is slightly bland but there is a nice variety.
Cleanliness - 9/10
Staff- 8/10
Beach - 8/10. Private beach (ish) clear water but sadly has the seaweed in lots of places. Still a nice beach with not many rocks around.
We were upgraded to a better room due to Ac not working correctly in our initial room. At no extra cost. (Thanks Issam)
Not sure what everyone in the review section is moaning about, my experience was good I think the negative reviews are from typical entitled people who don’t know how to communicate.
It’s not the RITZ but you get what you pay for.
Only thing I would suggest is if you get bored of the food in the resort to go to “Elmajlis” restaurant which is a 5 minute walk from resort and they have the nicest food available ! Personally would recommend the chicken steak (Suprème is name on menu)
Special shout out and thanks to :
* Issam- for helping with room issues
* Lobna- great customer service at reception
* Kamil - security staff at beach. All were very friendly and customer focused. Thank you and see you again soon انشاالله

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. The Olympic swimming pool by the sea is a plus and
I enjoyed every single corner in this resort.
