Comfortable apartments.Great property when you are abroad with family on holiday. The apartment is fully equipped with stove, microwave, tv, kettle and kitchen intensiles.
Food was great. We booked bed and breakfast.
Down fall was no WiFi it was out of order? ?
Another down fall is out of order telephone line.
We could get a wake up call or we couldnt contact reception for assistance.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. I have stayed here before and I will come back when I need a place to stay in Nairobi. Customer service is exceptional, from the front staff to the wait staff, I have had a pleasant experience every time I have been here! Keep it up
