Couples Swept Away All Inclusive

The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better. Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more.

Housekeeping came twice a day to keep our suite nice and tidy, fresh towels and sheets whenever needed. The resort is sprawling and the beach is beautiful, never had problems finding a nice shady spot on the beach under the trees. The highlight of the resort was all of the staff that went above and beyond to accommodate us. As someone visiting Jamaica for the first time, we wanted to be respectful of those who live there and represent their home. It felt as though all of the staff were inviting us into their own home to make sure we enjoyed our time on the island. I especially want to shout out the entertainment team, who helped keep us busy all over the resort, whether it be afternoon activities, daily volleyball or orchestrating the night life, it was always fun wherever they were. The food was much better than I expected for an all inclusive. Keep in mind the only restaurant there with AC is Feathers, so unfortunately it was a bit warm at other eating areas due to the climate but it's to be expected. Bring a fan around with you! You'll be thankful you did. My wife and I stayed from July 21-29. The property was beautiful, the rooms were well kept, but once again, the highlight of the stay was the people that made it feel special. I could not recommend this place more! This was our first all inclusive and we definitely will be back.
