Convenable pour un court séjour

Location was good , a short walk to beaches and festival venues.

The building is old, and not well maintained. The studio is small , barely space to open the suitcase. It lacks basic kitchen appliances like a hot water pot. No wifi .

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay in Deauville! The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from everything we needed, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The place itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What really stood out were the hosts— He was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, a very positive experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Deauville!

Studio propre (tout est neuf), fonctionnel, calme et bien situé dans la marina. Un très bon contact avec l’hôte.

Emplacement idéal, studio agréable, très bon lit. Parfait pour accéder à la plage et tout faire à pied dans le centre de Deauville. Le balcon avec vu sur les bateaux est un plus très appréciable.

Très bonne adresse pour un week-end à Deauville

Parfait pour le petit week-end que nous souhaitions passer à Deauville-Trouville. Localisation parfaite, équipements neufs, très agréable petit balcon, salle de bain tout à fait confortable pour ce type d’hébergement. Nous avons également apprécié que le propriétaire nous accorde un petit ajustement horaire pour répondre à nos contraintes professionnelles. Je recommande.

Kleines, perfekt renoviertes Appartement in guter Lage mit schmaler Ausstattung

Die Lage der Wohung ist hervorragend - schnell am Strand, schnell in der Stadt, trotzdem ruhig. Das Appartement ist top renoviert.

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr schmal, abgezählt (wenige Gläser, Tassen, Besteck, Topf), nur Kapselkaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher. Es gab nur ein Duschtuch pro Person, keine Handtücher. Kein W-Lan.

-Die zentrale Lage - Waschmaschine - Renoviertes Appartement

-ungepflegte Anlage mit Renovierungsstau -Kaum Küchenutensilien -Kein Besteck -Kein Wasserkocher -Komplizierte Schlüsselübergabe ( 2 Anläufe um den Schlüssel mitten in der Stadt bei einem Keynest abzuholen. Das genannte You Hotel wusste von keinem Schlüssel und der Milky Supermarkt war verschlossen. Nach mehrfachen Kontaktversuchen öffnete der Laden endlich.

Très bon séjour

J’ai passé un très bon week-end dans ce studio. Bien agencé, propre, lumineux et parfaitement situé : tout est accessible à pied (plage , commerces, centre ville etc) L’endroit est calme, avec une très jolie vue, ce qui en fait un vrai cocon pour se détendre. Je recommande vivement !

studio près du port. Vue sur le port très agréable. Période creuse du coup très calme Belle salle de bain.

sur le descriptif il était annoncé 2 chambres. En fait je dirai plutot que c'est un studio avec coin chambre tout dans la même pièce. Un peu surpris.

Studio tout refait et de bon goût, d'une propreté irréprochable, très confortable et pratique. Joli balcon qui donne sur la Marina. Très bien placé pour faire tout à pied et d'un grand calme. Parking au pied de l'immeuble. Hôte très prévenant et récupération des clefs très facile

En ce qui nous concerne, une bouilloire, un toaster et quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenus. Sinon tout était parfait
