Punto Urbano

The location was great - close to everything. The apartment itself was truly wonderful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The kitchen came fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a nice bonus, and the fast, reliable internet made it easy to stay connected. The living room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were cozy. Since we visited during the winter, we really appreciated how well-heated the unit was - it kept us perfectly warm and snug despite the chilly weather outside.

That said, I do want to kindly mention a couple of small areas for improvement. The towels had a musty/moldy smell - likely due to humidity or storage conditions rather than cleanliness. Also, only one towel per guest was provided. I understand these are minor details, and they didn't ruin our experience - just gentle suggestions that would make future guests even more comfortable.

La ubicación para nosotras fue inmejorable ya que asistimos a un congreso en el centro de posgrados Karakachoff. Yo no pude ir el primer día así que el check-in lo hizo otra de las huéspedes y no hubo ningún problema, con Laura nos comunicamos desde el primer día de la reserva y siempre estuvo muy atenta. El depto cuenta con todo lo descrito, no le falta nada de nada. El balconcito ideal para sentarse a tomar algo y charlar. Definitivamente volvería!

Mi hijo bajo x el ascensor y quedo encerrado en el 20 minutos hasta q lo pudieron sacar una chica q vive en el departamento siguiente al nuestro nos comento q ella tambien se quedo encerrada y q estuvo casi media hora p poder salir ... pasamos un momento horrible ... deberían exigir al consorcio q arregle eso .. un peligro
