Clean property in location close to public transportation and many restaurants

A little slow answering communication requests. Needs to have written directions on connecting to the internet either in the property or on her web page. Also would be helpful to have direction in English on how to use of the washing machines. There are plenty of signs in English in the property of what not to do or how to behave while in the property.

This property is only 10min walk from either the JR line or another Tokyo subway line The area has lots of bars eateries and was also nice and quiet overnight Nice bathroom and A/C system too!

No TV was a surprise Other than that a lovely place to stay

Nice heat pump, cute neighbourhood with nice food spots. Not too far from some major train stations, good to have a washing machine to do laundry (though not many places to hang it up to dry).

Very hard to find (it's the door that has the music sign above it) and we had a very confusing check in, were ushered into the wrong room and given no instructions about the room or check out. Our shower opened directly into the carpeted room so no privacy, and you can hear people on the street at night very clearly. It's a very small apartment and I would recommend a hotel for the price. Also 5pm check in was a pain when we arrived in Tokyo at 6am!
