Appena arrivati nell'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato in pessime condizioni di pulizia, in pratica non avevano pulito. Chiamato uno dei responsabili sono stati molto professionali a spostarci in un altro appartamento vicinissimo alla Sagrada Familia, enorme, con 4 stanze e pulitissimo.
Quindi posso dire che partiti male hanno recuperato alla grande

The staircase to the apartment stinks terribly as other guests already described and the apartment itself is rather basic, with basic amenities.. no salt, no coffee machine no soap dispenser in the bathroom… the pillows and duvet were horrible (acrílic feel) and the window insolation in the bedroom is inexistent. The door to the bathroom is translucent glass (which is horrible as you have no privacy).
