Ertlova Vila

We stayed in the grand apartment that spans all over the ground floor. The property and the interior are stunning. Communication with the landlord was very pleasant. Attentive and responsive.

Two things I would point out — the ground 2 bedroom apartment is not completely private. It is a renovated ground floor of the vila adjusted to be rented as a unit, but the hall and kitchen are open space and so you will hear other guests from the first floor. In the morning and evening it was particularly loud - it seems the first floor is also not completely closed space. This should be mentioned by the owner as it is a lack of privacy. Second is the shower in the bedroom - we literally showered for 5 minuted and the water was already leaking on the wooden floor. Very poorly engineered. Looks ‘cool’ but it is a disaster :) There is no bathroom per se in the apartment, only 2 showers directly in the bedrooms.

Lots of stairs to get to our room + it was hard to bring in and take out all of our luggage Although I asked about that, there are still big windows and lots of light coming in, and it can make it hard for late sleepers. No AC, so on a HOT day, it can be really hard to stay. it is an old house, with wooden stairs that make noise, so you need to take that into consideration.

Es gibt schöne Ferienwohnungen und es gibt außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnungen. Das Apartment mit Terrasse in der Villa Ertlova gehört zu den schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir in den letzten Jahren für eine Woche bewohnen durften. Das Besondere ist das Flair der 1912 für den Fabrikanten Dr. Josef Ertl errichteten Villa. Man betritt die Wohnung über einen Vorraum, steht im schönen Treppenhaus. Rechts geht es zu einer kleinen Küche mit kleiner Ausstattung und einer mobilen Induktionsplatte, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und WC (keine Fotos). Vom Treppenhaus geht es in das in das obere Stockwerk, das mit einer Tür getrennt ist. (Man hört bisweilen die anderen Gäste, aber sieht sich nicht) Vom Flur zweigen drei sehr große stilvolle Zimmer ab. Auf der Terrasse verbrachten wir acht wundschöne Abende mit Blick ins Grüne und Ruhe. Auch die anderen Wohnungen, soweit wir sahen, sind sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, spricht perfekt deutsch und die Kommunikation ist hervorragend. Bisher wurde noch nicht erwähnt, dass der Lidl mit dem Auto ca. 3 Minuten entfernt ist, Einkaufszentrum mit Albert Post etc., Obi, günstige Tankstelle etc. etwa 5 Minuten. Die Villa ist ein perfekter Ort für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Wir können die Villa auf das wärmste empfehlen und freuen uns, wenn wir nochmals kommen dürfen. Wir vergeben die seltenen 10 von 10 Punkten. היו שני חדרי שינה, סלון וחדר אמבטיה. המעבר בין החדרים, כלומר המסדרון שמחבר את החדרים הם לא פרטיים, כלומר אורחים שעולים במדרגות לחדר סמוך יכולים לראות אותכם, במעברים בין החדרים. אתה חייב לסגור את הדלת של החדר על מנת לקבל פרטיות. לא ממליץ אין פרטיות!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
