Location close to everything you would want (right on beach, pier, restaurants, grocery). Beach was relatively well kept, and most of the condo neighbors were pleasant. Beach was peaceful, lots of families. Great kitchen for cooking and full size fridge. Bed was comfortable, and the water was hot, and no sulfur smell. Condo did also have beach chairs and a floaty!

The parking permit was not in plain view when we arrived. We contacted AvantStay, and they just told us that it would be in the apartment somewhere. We did eventually find it tucked away under the kitchen sink, without the assistance of the host. A neighboring condo smoked weed throughout the day, so we didn't get to enjoy the balcony as much as we had hoped. Everything was clean, except the couch was filthy. I had to spot clean it upon arrival, but it became evident that it was completely covered. We just threw the extra blanket over it, and that worked fine.
