Appartamento arredato con stile e gusto. Posizione eccezionale, a due passi sia dalla spiaggia che dalla fermata dei mezzi pubblici ("Metromare", autobus) di Piazzale Pascoli. Quindi è perfetta sia se volete andare in spiaggia, sia se volete andare in città o nelle città vicine (Miramare, Riccione). C'è un posto auto, particolarmente da apprezzare se venite in alta stagione, quando parcheggiare a Rimini è veramente problematico.

Although low season, the apartment was located near a few good restaurants and because we were attending a tradeshow, we were happy to have a bus departing just minutes from our location.

The apartment has a very sparce kitchen. There were no glasses for water or juice for example, only mugs. We also hit a cold spell and were struggling to find enough blankets to keep us warm at night. Alessandro assisted us when asked for information, however I prefer to have dealt with a human host upon check in. At check out, we struggled to receive a company invoice with showed the entire sum paid, as they deducted the commission paid to Booking. It took me 2 weeks to get this sorted, and only after paying a silly 2 euro for the tax stamp that was needed to issue the payment receipt. Unnecessary delays and this should frankly not be the clients' concern.

The location right across from the beach and close to a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. There was free wifi which was strong. The free parking was an added plus as well as the ac in every room.

The cleanliness. The place was barely cleaned and not enough towels or toilet paper was provided. Plus basics things such as a kettle and coffee would be nice.
