Not far from Nation metro station, convenient. Small supermarket nearby, as well as cafés and a couple of restaurants. Safe and quiet area. Good night time security at entrance to the block of flats. Good sound insulation in the apartment; no noise from neighbours. Well-equipped kitchen. Host easy to contact and quick to respond.

Maybe it was because of the heat but the apartment didn’t smell very nice. The furniture was tacky. The view of the surrounding apartment buildings (tower blocks) was dismal. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The description of this apartment as a “deluxe renovation” was an exaggeration!

Un petit problème de douche

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and located inside a very safe residential complex, which made us feel secure throughout our stay. The beds, pillows and bedding were extremely comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The neighbourhood is also very nice and in a great location, with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient to move around Paris. There are also lovely cafés nearby, which made the area even more pleasant. Clément was very helpful, kind and responsive, and he made the whole arrival and luggage process very easy for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would be happy to stay here again.

There was nothing we did not like. Everything was exactly as expected and our stay was very pleasant.

Excelente ubicación, amable recepción del anfitrión. El apartamento es muy limpio, organizado y seguro. Recomendado para familias. Si tengo oportunidad, regreso sin duda alguna.
