Sink leaking in the bathroom Fridge leaking due to freezer not sealing when closed Main couch with bed very worn and not comfortable

It was a nice property to stay at.
The fire place in the inside did not work. I contacted the lady and she told me there was a switch on the wall. We looked for a switch and never found it. The timer did not work or light the electric fireplace.
