Cosy cabin in Risør

De hele cosy cabin! Alles klopte. Heel compleet ingericht, gezellig gemaakt, met een lekkere bank, leuke accessoires, koffie en thee, wasmachine e.d. Ook de locatie was super, je loopt zo naar het centrum toe. Geweldig!

Fin, ren og veludstyret hytte med alt hvad man behøvede. God beliggenhed. Meget venlig og imødekommende familie :-)

Intet

Nice location, very easy check-in, plenty of kitchen utensils. Risor is like a post card, it's a bit of a walk into town- you need a car, I think. Wifi worked well 95% of the time. Good water pressure and warm water in the shower.

I'm wondering if they just changed the mattresses or why more people didn't say this- only the person who stayed right before me said the same- it is impossible to sleep well on these beds. I have my doubts whether they are actually mattress covers on wooden IKEA slats instead of actual mattresses. The mattress was so thin the bed creaked each time I moved- it actually woke me up. And I was alone. I wrote the host at 9:15 am after the first night, she didn't answer until after 17 and couldn't switch their guest mattress in their house until after 20:00- when I wanted to go to sleep because I had slept so poorly. I used the twin "mattress" on top of the double mattress and it was only a bit better. She didn't ask. It seems they have a real mattress for friends but not for people who pay and I paid quite a bit more than what I paid for a Scandic in Oslo. She seems super nice but this is not ok. The duvet cover was scratchy and it would have been better to have a regular sheet to cover with in the warm weather. What I really needed was a good place to sleep, I did not get this.
