Studio Room with private kitchen and Bathroom

Room is clean. Bed is comfy. We drive so location is not bad. 7-11 round corners. The house itself is very pretty and well look after.

The shower water was cold, no hot water whatsoever. We tried night and first thing in the morning, no hot water.

I booked this room for 37 nights and I had a great time in Tim & Pat's place. The owners are great, very helpful and it was a pleasure to meet them. They were very responsive even before I checked in. I asked for early check-in and they were very accomodative. They even gave me their personal phone number so the taxi driver can contact them if there was a problem. Very smooth and easy check-in process. Regarding the room. It was very big, they even accomodated my request to have 1 queen and 1 single bed in the room. There was a new fridge and a small but fully functional kitchen. The AC was good and relatively quiet so no problem there. The pool was not huge but it was great to relax in. The place was very quiet (excluding couple of loud customers but thankfully they didn't stay long). It is an amazing place if you are looking for a place to relax in.

There was only 1 negative thing and it is relevant only to my room. I am not sure if this is because i booked a cheaper room or because I was just unlucky. But my room was the only room that the bathroom was outside the room. The bathroom was next to my room. To clarify, this was not a common bathroom, it was a private bathroom for my room, it was just outside which can be a problem when you need to get up in the middle of the night and go to the bathroom. Also even though there is a pump in the hotel, the water pressure was not very strong. Finally you definitely need a way of transportation to go around in Phuket because there are not many interesting things to do in the area.
