Brand new and ultra clean. It has been a real long time since I had a shower so strong it almost hurts your skin, with plenty hot water. Super spacious bedroom and bathroom. I didn’t use the kitchen but it seems to be very nice too. The gym and pool facilities are great; but the most exceptional was the lifeguard Joana attention and care, she was lovely.

The construction did not allow us easy access to the courtyard, forcing us to walk through the parking lot pike.

Diciamo la posizione, io sono andato li solo per un concerto che si svolgeva a poche centinaia di metri, però per il resto non c'è assolutamente niente, a parte un centro commerciale, poi una strada veloce dove scorrono le auto, io sono stato lì per 3 giorni, per andare al mare circa 7 km ulitizzavo il mototaxi comodi e c'è ne sono tanti, il problema che la zona del appartamento ripeto non c'è assolutamente niente, poi da uno che era appena arrivato da Copacabana, sono andato solo per un concerto, comunque appassionato ottimo

Good location, close to public transport stations (if needed) almost a walking distance from a big mall.

Despite being relatively far from the road and windows not facing it directly, the road is so busy and the soundproof so lame, that it's still very noisy. Also the insects don't add to the Cleanliness rating. And if a cockroach that I killed is the building problem that's rarely in control of the specific host (here the host is different from the hotel management company), the small ants populating the kitchen zone is purely bad maintenance of the host. Breakfast is way too basic for the amount charged.
