Hervorragende Lage, zur Innenstadt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß; wir haben uns in diesem Apartment (Haus 60E, 2. Stock) recht wohl gefühlt, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, gut geschnitten, mit Balkon, Zugang via Code oder via Tiefgarage mit Aufzug; das Auto steht id Tiefgarage, die Fahrräder haben wir auch dort abgestellt; die Matratzen sind zwar etwas weich, aber wir haben gut geschlafen, Rollos und Jalousien sind nicht vorhanden, der Vorhang verdunkelt etwas;
Apartment ist zwar sauber, aber eher oberflächlich, Dusche in der Badewanne; Fenster und Vorhänge sollten mal gereinigt werden; im Apartment war es bei geschlossenen Fenstern nachts ruhig, aber es (Haus 60E) liegt nur ca 100 Meter von der stark befahrenen 6-spurigen Umgehungsstraße entfernt, bei geöffnetem Fenster war es und doch zu laut; und ja, die Pfanne sollte dringend mal ausgetauscht werden;
