We spent one night here with our family. The price is very good, the hostess is friendly, and the breakfast is fine.
That night we were the first guests; more arrived in the evening. Unfortunately, the shared bathroom (including the toilet) was very dirty to begin with.
When we asked for the key to our room, we didn't get one. 'It wasn't necessary,' she said, because she would be downstairs in the living room in the evening. We indicated that we were leaving and that we didn't like the fact that strangers were checking in upstairs in the hallway, in the room next to ours, and could therefore enter our room as well. Our children slept restlessly because of it; if someone were to 'accidentally' open the wrong door, they would immediately be face to face with our children in bed.
It is a shame, because surely a little more hygiene and a room that can be locked wouldn't be difficult? Unfortunately, this is a reason for us not to book again.
