Tejon II & private terrace by ELE Apartments

Gorgeous flat- so well presented and comfortable. Very well equipped. Excellent location - supermarket next door and so many bars and restaurants in less than one minute. Easy walk to sea front. Clean, extremely spacious. The terrace off the main bedroom was lovely. Views of street from main lounge pleasant with huge bay windows. Air con in both bedrooms. Quiet and well sound proofed- no street noise. The bathrooms are large and the showers fantastic. We would have loved to have spent more time there as it was such a fabulous flat and the location outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend!

Not well managed for ensuring access to property on arrival. We arrived at 1am. No street signage outside to indicate which property it is or the company of the rental and there are so many flats/doors. Not easy to identify- no photo of front of property. Only sign was for a psychiatrist on one of the floors. Instructions for access are complex. Lots of different processes to follow to get in. You get two different swiping bars arrive via an app on your phone to access the front door electronically (once you work out which the front door actually is) and this works only once. You receive this link to the app once you check in online. When you are finally in the main building's door, you get to the actual flat's front door and use the other swiping bar- again once it's gone it's gone. Then you have to programme the front door to be able to open, shut and lock it as the handle is like a digital bike lock; none of which has instructions (but the washing machine did!). There was instead a code sent of 4 stars and a key which was really misleading. Had to phone the company twice- they were lovely on the phone but had no clue how to help and even confused me with another client- calling me another name and citing a different address at one point. It was all very stressful on arrival in the early hours of the morning and again the next day when we realised we couldn't leave without getting locked out. I have travelled a great deal and we rent properties regularly; I don't think I have ever had an experience like this. Our cab driver was at a loss- he spent a while trying to help us locate the flat too. A quick fix that I have experienced in other properties would be a video of the street and the actual property so it can be distinguished - followed by a video showing how to programme the door to lock and unlock it. Overall, this did not detract from what is a very lovely apartment and the quality of the facilities and our stay.

La posizione e la grandezza dell’appartamento.

Mancanza di armadio nelle camere e cucina potrebbe essere un attimo più accessoriata a livello di utensili. I condizionatori rumorosi.

La ubicación es perfecta y había 2 supermercados muy próximos y, a pesar de tener muy cerca calles con mucho ambiente, la zona del apartamento era muy tranquila y no se oía ruido. Estaba todo muy limpio y en la cocina estaba todo muy nuevo.

Sería más cómodo si todas las camas fueran individuales. En la cocina debería haber, al menos, 2 paños de cocina, papel de cocina o servilletas, 2 pastillas de lavavajillas. En uno de los dormitorios faltaba sitio donde dejar la ropa(estantería, repisa, armario...) y en el otro dormitorio faltaría un banco más amplio para dejar las 2 maletas y el dispensador de jabón no funcionaba. El papel higiénico era muy escaso. En el salón faltaría un sillón cómodo porque solo hay un sofá de 2 plazas y un sillón y el apartamento es para 4 personas.

De hygiëne in de badkamers, worden structureel niet goed schoongemaakt, waardoor vieze bruine randen in de douchecabine, tandenborstel-houder ronduit goor, zeer ongezellige en koude keuken, slaapkamerdeur die niet dicht kon, schuifdeur douche kun je beter niet dichtdoen, want je krijgt hem niet meer open.... Van een goede onderhoudsbeurt en enige renovatie zou dit appartement flink opknappen.
