Birding Cottage Tangkoko

Nice large and clean rooms, with huge bed, AC, large modern en-suite (with plentiful hot water) and great views over the jungle. The food they provided was just amazing… it’s a Fixed menu, but very plentiful and delicious. They did an early breakfast if you were going on a hike or trek and they did the dinner at 7pm and did lunch if you wanted it. Ardy was great at helping arrange things….and we had 2 treks with him as our guide. They also arranged a driver for us for trips, and airport transfers. The property is slightly out of the main village… but a nice 15 min walk to the beach.

Maybe one suggestion (not a complaint), would have been to always have the pancakes/ fruit for breakfast rather than the Nasi Goreng (it was a yummy Nasi Goreng when we had a late breakfast , and we love it for lunch and dinner… but maybe not also breakfast. Maybe you can offer people. Choice?
