Apprécié Le lieu, le plein pied, le confort, l'espace, le cadre, un nid douillet très bien agencé. Facilité d'accès pour Issoire.

Zelfstandig, inpandig appartement op de begane grond met eigen ingang En een eigen tuintje, waar het goed toeven is. Prachtig en wijds uitzicht. Er is een slaapkamer, badkamer met douche en een wasmachine, woonkamer met open keuken. Het appartement en met name het keukentje is zeer compleet ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Inchecken via sleutelkluisje ging probleemloos. Evenals de communicatie met de aardige eigenaren. Parkeren kan voor de deur. Supermarkt en St. Germain de Lembron op ca. 10 autominuten. De autosnelweg A75 op 8 minuten rijden. Alles dik in orde en goede tijd doorgebracht in Nonette.
