The location was wonderful. Right across from Arthur's Seat, Parliament, and Holyrood Palace. Within walking distance to Ediburgh Castle, the National Library of Scotland, and so much more! The apartment was clean, functional, and comfortable.
The TV's Wi-Fi/modem was often out, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't there to watch TV.

This flat is first floor and right at the end of the royal mile. You are 2 minutes to the parliament bldg and Holyrood Palace. Tesco foodmart is 5 minutes away. Having a fridge and microwave were great. Very nice tub/shower combo. Great hot water. Easy to control the heat temp in flat.
Toilet set cover was broken, which the company told us but it turned out the seat itself was loose, needs a replacement. If you are alight sleeper, ear plugs and/or eye mask would be a good idea. You are on a roundabout so there are car lights shining in and some car/truck noise.
