O apartamento em si e a localização. Apartamento novo e confortável. Espaçoso. Roupa de cama e banho limpas.
O apartamento nao tem micro-ondas nem forno, nem tampouco filtro ou purificador. Além disso tem poucos talheres, pratos e xícaras, sao 4 de cada. Melhoria muito com um micro-ondas e mais talheres. O filtro de água seria muito bem vindo.
