I love the location, it is near my meeting venue. The common areas are clean, good space for self catering.
The guest house is on the steep hill entrance from the main road. Dirty linen, mattress protector as results the mattress is filthy, very dirty shower, the room is tiles, no bed-side mats/carpet, no remote for aircon, room light switches are hidden in the wardrobe. You could get value for money else where.
