The apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay during Feria. Really spacious, clean, quiet and cool. It's tucked away across a courtyard in an apartment block so is set back from the road which makes it really quiet morning and night, but still bright and light with morning sunshine through the windows overlooking the courtyard.
The location is easy walking distance to central Seville and all the sights, although it's a good 30-45min walk to the Feria which can be exhausting to get home after walking around the Feria grounds for hours. The apartment had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen, large fridge freezer, great shower and large, clean bathroom, fast wifi and comfortable bed.
Located close to a great little local tapas bar called Bar 11, and a lovely veggie cafe 5mins away called Ringo Banana if you're craving more of a poached eggs/flat white brunch style menu.
We only used the sofa to sit on but I imagine sleeping on it would be quite uncomfortable. The communication over WhatsApp could have been slightly more regular but managed to check in fine with the lovely lady who gave us the keys.

Appartamento molto grazioso, al secondo piano (senza ascensore) di un condominio molto tranquillo. La proprietaria gentilissima mi ha aspettato per consegnarmi le chiavi e mi avrebbe permesso di lasciare i bagagli al check out, cosa di cui però non ho avuto bisogno.
La zona è carina, a pochi passi dal centro. Dalla stazione ferroviaria si raggiunge in una ventina di minuti di cammino o con l'autobus. Poco distante ci sono tutte le comodità, bar, supermercati, lo storico locale Rinconcillo.
L'appartamento è dotato di condizionatore nel soggiorno ma non in camera da letto, dove c'è un ventilatore a soffitto.
Molto pulito. Letto comodo.
Nulla di negativo. Forse sarebbe necessaria un po' di manutenzione, ad esempio una presa elettrica fuoriusciva dal muro e il pulsante per lo sciacquone del bagno traballava parecchio, rendendo poco agevole lo scarico.

Super friendly and they left us a welcoming gift, the bed was comfortable and the location was the cherry on top!
Little bit pricey for what you get and the apartment was a bit unkept - but nothing too noticeable if it wasn’t for the price!

El colchón muy incómodo. La tapa del baño casi rota y la cisterna no funcionaba bien.
