- lokalizacja - wygodna sofa - cicho - na krótki pobyt ok - wyposażenie kuchni - winda - ciepło - wystarczające meble w pokoju (biurko, krzesła, szafa)
- miał być parking w garażu, ale nie dałam znać z wyprzedzeniem, więc nie było (info o parkingu było, ale słabo widoczne) - bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach w przedpokoju - drzwi do pokojów to zwykłe drzwi przeszkolone z kluczem jak do szafy (nie dają ani poczucia intymności ani bezpieczeństwa) - w dozownikach mydła i płynu woda - 3 odświeżacze w łazience puste - miał być zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty..... herbaty brak - brak oznaczeń poszczególnych pomieszczeń w mieszkaniu - łazienka ma bardzo dziwne wyposażenie; toaleta i umywalka są zainstalowane bardzo wysoko, a brodzik od prysznica nie ma ograniczenia, a jest powyżej poziomu posadzki

Було дуже чисто, та є все необхідне.
Двері мають скляні вставки, через які потрапляє світло з коридору. Тому іноді може заважати. Також ліжко - це розкладений диван, тому не є дуже комфортним. У душі погано працював злив води.
