We stayed twice in the last month. The apartment is brand-new and has good cooking facilites. The gym and the co-working space are great. The swimming pool looks nice, but as it was winter, we didn't use it. The location is good. There's a subway very close by, a bus stop in front of the door and it's safe to be picked up by taxis.
We came in winter and the heating was not strong enough to create a comfortable temperature.
The noise from the garage gates is very loud and frequent. The street noise is also rather annoying. It's weird the architect put the bedroom at the street side.
The payment method. The renter asks to pay via an external system. This felt unsafe and fraudulent, which wasn't the case, but in times of fishing, we would definitely recommend the owner to change this system.

La ubicación, calefacción, ropa de cama excelente, como en casa; además los espacios bien optimizados y nadie te molesta en lo más absoluto. Todo se coordinar online. De hecho adelantamos el ingreso, y nos reubicaron súper rápido.
Lavamanos de un baño tapado y el aseo no era profundo. Sillón muy manchado, sillas también, se entiende el uso, pero da mal aspecto.

El acceso es muy fácil, una estación de metro esta bastante accesible lo cual fue muy util y hay varias tiendas de conveniencia alrededor. El gimnasio le gustó mucho a mi esposo. Todo estaba limpio, en lo personal volvería a reservar de nuevo.
