The apartment was tastefully furnished. The layout was great, with comfortable furniture and soft furnishings. There was good security, a quiet neighbourhood and a responsive host. The cleaner was an unexpected bonus as it was a self-catering facility. We would definitely go back.
Better preparation for a water- cut. A warning about a water supply cut would have been helpful. We were caught unawares.
Perhaps a water storage plan?

The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with good facilities. The staff and security personnel friendly. The food in the local restaurants were superb and very affordable.
The air conditioning did not work (but thankfully was not needed often). The main TV did not work properly, but was eventually fixed. Some of the doors either did not shut properly or was difficult to open. However these were minor issues

The location was great.
The apartment was not too clean, there weren't enough dishes and the complex does not have a generator for power during loadshedding.
