Elmomento Songdo

Location.

It is not as pictured. It is so much smaller than pictured, the view is also not directly looking at water but more bird view. We got an apartment on 37th floor which is inconvinient to get down as the lift can be slow. The balcony also very windy and scary, so we cannot sit outside.

房源在松島海上纜車站附近，樓下就有餐廳和便利商店，晚上在海邊散步很愜意，夜景十分漂亮，高樓層往下看大海真的非常棒。有餐桌可以放置物品，衣櫥也很大，不怕沒有空間攤開行李。房源整潔，傢俱不會很舊，整體很滿意。

基本上都很好，離釜山市區稍遠，但這是預定時就知道的事。

🏖️海景第一排飯店 * 最喜歡的設施有地熱、超大電視、廚房 * 有預先開冷氣、地熱，超級貼心 * 空間明亮乾淨 * 地點超好，離纜車站一條街的距離 * 附近有超市（營業到11:00）、GS25便利店 * 廚房器具齊全、開火超方便（煮泡麵、煎東西很讚），但如果可以，買個油，更好料理😂順便買個濕紙巾代替抹布 * 有砧板、刀子、方便的流理台跟中島、電磁爐、抽油煙機、鍋碗瓢盆、刀叉筷子、高腳杯、鍋鏟、湯勺基本都有！豪讚喔🫠 * 有沙發跟超大電視，電視還可以看netflix, youtube, 跟一般有線電視👍 * 海景超讚，陽台跟房間都長得跟照片一樣 * 有超大衣櫃、吸塵器跟平板夾😍 * 浴缸很讚、蓮蓬頭出水很舒服、盥洗用具齊全、🚽甚至是免治馬桶可以加熱😇 * 櫃檯有飲水機可以裝水！ * 是無接觸入住，但櫃檯跟保管行李的工作人員人都很好～

We found it quite strange that no full-size bath towels were provided—only small towels were available. It was very inconvenient, especially for my wife and daughter who have long hair. Managing after a shower with such small towels was difficult. Additionally, the apartment did not have an iron or ironing board. It’s hard to go out without properly ironed clothes. When we asked, the staff explained they were administrative staff and couldn't provide one. We ended up spending 40,000 to buy an iron ourselves, which we left as a gift for future guests. In our opinion, these are basic necessities that should be included, especially considering the amount we paid for this stay. While the staff were polite and willing to help, they mentioned they couldn't cover such items from their own pockets, which I understand. They did their best by providing us with 6 extra small towels daily, which we appreciated.
