Elmomento Songdo

The view was exceptional. Comfortable beds, clean sheets & towels. Fridge & freezer in a beautiful kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus. Gym was great. Air conditioning delivered. Thank you to the helpful staff 😊

Empty swimming pool…..

Toller Ausblick; schönes, großzügiges Appartment; direkt am Stand; Gepäckaufbewahrung im Gebäude

39 Stockwerke und nur 2 Fahrstühle, die Wartezeiten waren teilweise sehr lang. Küchenausstattung sehr rudimentär (wollten aber auch nicht.kochen). Kleine Handtücher. Öffis nur Bus.

Всё как в описании. Останавливался на 2 ночи перед отъёздом, от BIFF street идти пешком около 3 км. Угловая квартира на 11м этаже с отличным видом. Тихо и спокойно, напротив канатной дороги. До пляжа Songdo наверно 300 метров. Полы с подогревом, очень чисто и уютно. Телевизор почти во всю стену.

В час пик на лифте невозможно спуститься, проще идти по лестице. Не разобрался как поднять жалюзи. Только маленькие полотенца.

We found it quite strange that no full-size bath towels were provided—only small towels were available. It was very inconvenient, especially for my wife and daughter who have long hair. Managing after a shower with such small towels was difficult. Additionally, the apartment did not have an iron or ironing board. It’s hard to go out without properly ironed clothes. When we asked, the staff explained they were administrative staff and couldn't provide one. We ended up spending 40,000 to buy an iron ourselves, which we left as a gift for future guests. In our opinion, these are basic necessities that should be included, especially considering the amount we paid for this stay. While the staff were polite and willing to help, they mentioned they couldn't cover such items from their own pockets, which I understand. They did their best by providing us with 6 extra small towels daily, which we appreciated.
