The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Some basic itens were missing - e.g. clean cloth in case you spill some water.

Tudo novinho, localização incrível, bairro excelente, super bem equipada. Tudo funciona. Me hospedei com marido e duas filhas. Estadia perfeita.
Travesseiros não são bons. Ar-condicionado só no quarto. Em dias de calor extremo, pode ser problema.

Location . Size. Kitchen is decently equipped.
Not very clean under the beds and sofa had crumbs and dust on the wardrobe. I had to clean before putting my clothes in. The towels are thin and the hand towels were very small. Wall were dirty with mosquitoes crashed on it. The bed is ok but could be better. Such a pitty because the apartment is so nice and it could be a 10. If owner had attention to these details. The fountain in front of the building wasn’t working and the stagnant water attracted dangerous mosquitoes- risk of dengue and homeless people to bath on it.
