Chongqing Yaduoyijing Hotel - People's Hall Store

The room was clean but the roof top garden needs work and the garden outside the restaurant where breakfast was served. Has a lot of potential but photos on the internet do not match what is there. Very close to a subway which was great, easy to get around the city.

Need to do maintenance and sort their outside areas.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it did not fully match the reviews I had read. Good points: - Convenient central location. - The staff on duty was responsive and helped by offering me another room when I raised a concern.

- Maintenance could be better: I noticed dirty spots on the carpet and cigarette butts on the trash cans in the hallways. - The first room I was given smelled of smoke, even though I had requested non-smoking. - WiFi did not work until the next morning. - Breakfast was quite limited. - The place to hang the clothes was in the bathroom. - It would also be better if late-night deliveries to guest rooms were managed more discreetly, as this disrupted the atmosphere.
