L’appartamento è abbastanza curato, la sauna, la jacuzzi pronta all’uso, la tecnologia è la vista panoramica rendono la struttura molto accogliente. La doccia in camera bellissima e il wc separato sono ben pensati.

Purtroppo si trova in un contesto che non aiuta a dare un pieno 10, il palazzo è molto vecchio, poco curato, il portone sotto è rotto, gli ascensori un po’ lenti, distante dal centro ma con un Uber facilmente raggiungibile. Ho odiato il rubinetto del lavandino del bagno con il sensore: lavare i denti era un’impresa! Sarebbe stato bello avere delle tazzine da caffè espresso. Ma per il resto la cucina era corredata del necessario. Il proprietario é inflessibile sugli orari, non esistono check-in e check-out fuori orario, quindi é stato un problema il giorno del rientro depositare le valigie fino al pomeriggio, é stato spiegato che è per questioni di pulizie fatte bene. Ho provveduto in modo diverso.

Incredibly beautiful panoramic views with a large balcony overlooking the city. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. Very modern and everything you need to have an amazing time, including dishwasher, well equipped kitchen with full oven and stove top, washer, dryer, etc. Close to the subway for transportation to anywhere in the area and also very easy to order food and have it delivered if you wanna stay in

This is not the owner‘s fault at all, but we had a grouchy neighbor downstairs that came and knocked on our door several times saying that we were being too loud when we were merely having a conversation watching TV or folding laundry. Very minor inconvenience was that the sink in the bathroom seemed to have structural damage to the bottom of it so that any time we would run the water in there for very long. It would flood out on the bathroom floor. Seems some repairs are needed to the underneath of the bathroom sink. And also, even though there were instructions on how to get hot water if it was not sunny out the water was actually not hot/warm. It was more barely room temperature so some days is taking a shower when it was cloudy out, felt a little more icy than we would like.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, άνετο και καλαίσθητο. Είχε υπέροχη θέα, καλή τοποθεσία και ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άμεση και εξυπηρετική.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι σημαντικό που να μην μου άρεσε. Όλα ήταν όπως περιγράφονταν.
