Kote's Home Beachside Apartment 22

The apartment was well equipped and great for preparing meals, and also very clean. The beach was right in front of the building, and there was a supermarket next door, making it very convenient to grab anything you needed. The sofas were comfortable for sleeping thanks to the additional memory foam mattresses provided, so four people could sleep comfortably. The beach sunbeds were also very affordable.

One air conditioner didn’t work properly, and when I reported it, I was told it was because it was the hottest month, an explanation that felt rather dismissive and frankly insulting to my intelligence. There was also very loud music from a nearby hotel until midnight. Additionally, there were unresolved issues with other tenants, who were very aggressive toward us over matters related to garbage disposal.

Great location and comfortable apartment. Very nice people with great communication. Recommended for small families or couples.

The apartment is perfect size for family of 3. We had separate room, and our kid were sleeping on sofa. It was super comfortable. The location is literally on a beach and near to walking area. There are hotels around with everyday parties but music is off every night at midnight, not a minute longer. Apartment has all needed stuff inside including washing machine which was very important for us. The host is super kind and helpful.

Great location right by the beach in Golem, just a short walk to the sea and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable living area and everything needed for a longer stay. Check-in was smooth and the host was easy to reach.
