Appartement conforme à la description : spacieux et propre, décoration soignée , très fonctionnel et agréable Grand Parking à disposition au sein de la résidence Proche commerces ( Franprix , Intermarché ) et de la plage ( 8mn )

Manque la climatisation mais toutes les pièces disposent de ventilateurs ce qui compense

L'appartement est situé dans une résidence et un quartier très calme, petite supérette à 3 minutes à pied ou zone commerciale pas très loin en voiture, transports en commun (bus) à proximité. L'accès au bord de mer se fait en 5 minutes en voiture ou en 20 minutes à pied. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la literie est confortable. Il y a une place de parking dans cour sécurisée, une boîte à clé à l'entrée du bâtiment. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable si besoin.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation ( mais de nombreux ventilateurs) et l'appartement est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur ( à prendre en compte si jeunes enfants ou personnes à mobilité réduite)

The flat was clean and simply but pleasantly furnished. There was a small supermarket very nearby and the port and beach were within walking distance.

The address given led us to enter the estate in the wrong place. The message sent to my email had that address but not the photos that did make clear how to find the flat. Because the email said, "I will send you all the necessary photos" rather than "I am sending you all the necessary photos" I went by the address given, didn't know about the photos, and got confused as it was not possible to find the flat that way. Then I checked the app and found the photos. We needed to exit the estate and enter by an entrance in a different street. It would be better to give in the message the address with the road of that entrance, as well as the letter of the block and entrance door to the block. The flat was quiet although the wind was strong which rattled the shutters a bit during the night. There were no instructions for the tv, and for what needed to be done on leaving. The toilet was small, separate from the bathroom with no window and no functioning extractor fan. There was no bin in the bathroom.
