A lovely clean, well equipped and modern apartment

A very modern, well equipped and comfortable apartment. The standard of fittings etc throughout is very high. The weather was horrendous, so I didn't get to enjoy the private terrace, but it looked lovely. Off street parking right at the door too

No towels so had to buy my own. Only €5 in action in Malmedy though, so no drama

Great stay!

The place is fairly new, very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. I really enjoyed the balcony too! The owners are also very nice! The only thing I didn’t like is that you can’t get a completely dark room with the morning light.

Il s'agit du meilleur logement que j'ai déjà pu tester à tous points de vue !

Logement très agréable : calme, douillet et fonctionnel. Propreté impeccable. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la terrasse (vu notre séjour en hiver). La localisation est idéale comme point de départ pour les randonnées dans cette superbe région et pour trouver où se restaurer et faire ses courses alimentaires. Nous reviendrons certainement cet été !

Les seuls petits détails qui pourraient encore être améliorés seraient de prévoir un grille pain et des coquetiers (pour les amateurs d'oeufs à la coque au petit-déjeuner comme moi).

Hele fijne goed uitgeruste accommodatie op steenworp afstand van mooie bezienswaardigheden

Echt een hele fijne plek om te verblijven, zag er nog echt als nieuw uit!.. goede koelkast met vriezer, alle keuken benodigdheden waren aanwezig.Veel kastruimtes, zodat je het allemaal netjes op kan bergen. We zijn er 5 nachten geweest en zouden zo weer gaan! Hele fijne communicatie en ontvangst. Je kunt het ook echt donker maken binnen met de verduisterings gordijnen op de slaapkamer. Vlakbij de Veenbaan en genoeg voorzieningen in de buurt.

Het enige nadeel wat je zou kunnen noemen,is dat je doorgaande weg kan horen die verderop beneden ligt. Maar met een paar oordopjes in tijdens het slapen geen last van gehad.

Zeer gezellig en schoon appartement met een perfecte ligging!

Zeer schoon en gezellig appartement, speelse indeling, keuken op de eerste verdieping en woonkamer, slaapkamer en balkon op de tweede verdieping. De keuken was prima uitgerust om zelf te koken, koffie, thee en kruiden waren aanwezig. De ligging is perfect! 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Malmedy, circuit en diverse wandelroutes.

Wij waren er het derde weekend van september en de temperatuur buiten was boven de 20 graden waardoor het in het appartement erg warm was (woonkamer en slaapkamer). Een airco in de slaapkamer zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Zeker in de zomer. Kussens van de bedden zijn erg hard en dik maar dat is een persoonlijks iets.

Schöne Tage in Waimes

Sehr schöne moderne,ruhige,sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse!Bequeme Betten!Verdunklungsrollos vorhanden!Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee war vorhanden! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Das sehr nette Ehepaar,das im Erdgeschoss wohnt und sich um die Wohnung kümmert,war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit(durften z.B. unsere E- Bikes in der Garage unterstellen u aufladen)! Die Lage ist super - direkt am Vennbahnradweg - toll für Rad und MTB-Touren! Bäcker und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar! Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Fewo!!!

Alles was perfect in orde , super proper , mooi , goed ingericht , vriendelijke eigenares . We hebben al veel B&B’s bezocht maar deze verdiend echt een 10/10 .

Fijn en schoon appartement

We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad in dit mooie, schone en nette appartement. Je hebt vanaf het balkon prachtig uitzicht en de eigenaars waren ook ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
